1. Free-to-use license

KVRNL Apps are free to use but are not open source. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Apps for your own personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

2. License keys

• License keys are issued through your verified KVRNL account and are tied to you.
• One key is issued per account, per product. Keys are for your use only.
• You may not sell, resell, sublicense, rent, share, or redistribute a key or an App, or attempt to generate keys outside of kvrnl.io.
• We may suspend or revoke a key for abuse, sharing, or violation of these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, tamper with licensing or update mechanisms, redistribute modified versions, or use the Apps to break the law or infringe others' rights.

4. Updates

Apps may update themselves to deliver fixes and improvements. We may add, change, or discontinue features or products at any time.

5. No warranty

The Apps and website are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You use them at your own risk.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KVRNL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Apps or website.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Apps at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access or license if you violate these Terms.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
