• Account info: your email address and a securely hashed password (handled by our auth provider).
• License keys: the keys issued to your account and which products they're for.
• Basic technical data: standard logs (e.g., request metadata) from our hosting and backend providers.
• Messages: anything you send us via the contact form.

2. How we use it

• To create and secure your account and verify your email.
• To issue and deliver your license keys and downloads.
• To send essential transactional emails (verification, password reset).
• To provide support and improve our products.

3. Processors we use

We rely on trusted providers to run the service: Supabase (accounts, database, license keys), Netlify (website hosting), and an email/SMTP provider for transactional email. Your data is processed on our behalf by these providers.

4. Cookies & local storage

We use your browser's local storage to keep your sign-in session and your cart. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with the processors above as needed to run the service, or where required by law.

6. Your choices

You can request access to or deletion of your account data by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your profile and associated license keys.

7. Children

KVRNL is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
